Reply to:	Comwave During my first 3 years with Comwave I had spotty service. At the end of my contract , in December 2012 I phoned to cancel and immdediately was put onto their tech support where I was promised that they would fix my problems. I was back up for a short period of time but stupidly I had renewed the 3yrs. Back to Tech support and finally told I needed a new ATA 50 bucks. I have been complaining and demanding them to cancel without penalty due to the deception of promising me that my problems would be fixed. They have not responded to my demands and I am still today without workable service. There is no one to call either to escalate issues. If anyone has ideas how to handle this problem with Comwave, appreciated.
